Attorney Hyeon Ho Kim previously worked at the Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO), KT Corporation, and Kim & Chang, and has extensive experience in the fields of IT, telecommunications, broadcasting, data privacy law, and internet banking. In particular, he has played a leading role in navigating complex and novel legal issues in emerging technology sectors, including the merger of KT and KTF, the shutdown of 2G services, and the establishment and licensing of internet-only banks.

With 17 years of extensive experience, Attorney Hyun-Ho Kim is expected to provide legal advisory services particularly in relation to regulatory issues, data privacy, fair trade concerns, and stakeholder disputes arising in cutting-edge Fourth Industrial Revolution sectors such as IT, fintech, and blockchain.
