In March 2021, EJE LAW welcomed Former Presiding Judge Mun Sung Kim to the firm.

Former Presiding Judge Mun Sung Kim began his judicial career in 2004 as a judge at the Ulsan District Court, and subsequently served as a judge at the Seoul Central District Court (including as Public Information Judge), a Research Judge at the Supreme Court (in both judge and senior judge capacities), Chief Judge of the Yeongwol Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and Presiding Judge at the Uijeongbu District Court, before retiring from the judiciary in February 2021.

With 17 years of extensive judicial experience, Former Presiding Judge Moon-Sung Kim is expected to provide comprehensive legal services, encompassing both advisory and litigation matters.
