Attorney Seungyul Shawn Yum brings with him 12 years of experience at Kim & Chang and Yulchon LLC, where he advised multinational corporations on cross-border M&A, and supported Korean conglomerates and public enterprises with overseas investments, mergers and acquisitions, and the formation of joint ventures (JVs). He has particular expertise in renewable energy projects, including domestic and international solar, wind, and biomass power generation. He was recognized by Legal 500 (Asia Pacific) as a “Next Generation Partner” in the Corporate/M&A category for Korea in 2019, and as a “Rising Star” in 2020.
