Attorney Kuk Hyun Kwon of EJE LAW participated in the academic conference titled “Assessment and Future Direction of the Consent Decision System,” jointly hosted by the Korea Fair Trade Commission and the Korea Competition Law Association.

The conference was broadcast live on the KFTC’s official YouTube channel, and Attorney Kwon delivered a presentation on unilateral conduct in the digital economy and measures to revitalize the consent decision system.
