In March 2022, EJE LAW welcomed Former Presiding Judge Eun Rae Cho as a member of the firm.

Former Presiding Judge Eun Rae Cho began his judicial career in 2004 as a judge at the Incheon District Court, and subsequently served as a judge at the Seoul Central District Court, a Research Judge at the Supreme Court, a Presiding Judge at a District Court, and finally as a High Court Judge at the Seoul High Court, before retiring from the judiciary in February 2022.

During his tenure at the Seoul High Court, Former Presiding Judge Eun Rae Cho served in the Civil and Family Divisions, and later as the Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division specializing in election and corruption cases. In these roles, he handled a wide range of cases, including large-scale financial and real estate disputes.

At EJE LAW, the Former Presiding Judge Eun Rae Cho is expected to provide high-quality legal services in litigation, drawing on his extensive experience in the judiciary and public service.
